The Viking Snowshoe Invasion is back! Join the Vernon Township Board of Recreation at Mountain Creek on January 28, 2023 to take on the mountain!

Choose your challenge – a 5k tromp across the ridge of the Mountain or for a little less of an excursion you can take the final mile option – either will spark the best of your winter skills!

Runners, walkers or those trying out snowshoes for the first time – ALL ARE WELCOME!

Registration and check in at 7:30am in the Biergarten at Mountain Creek’s Red Tail Lodge. The lift will take people up the mountain starting at 8:00am. The race begins at 9:00am.

Register by 12/31/2022 to get the early discount base registration fee of $20. After we ring in the new year, registration is $25. BYOS (bring your own shoes).
