Welcome & Congratulations

Congratulations to the Team!

We have something exciting to share – SNOW Partners has been named a Top Workplace in NJ Advance Media for the 4th year and Top Workplaces in USA Today for the 3rd year!

Safety

Slips, trips, and falls are among the most common causes of workplace injuries, but they are also the most preventable. A moment of distraction or a neglected spill can lead to serious injury.

To keep our team safe, please follow these three core practices:

  • Maintain “Housekeeping” Excellence: Keep walkways, stairs, and emergency exits clear of debris, cables, and boxes. If you see a mess, take the initiative to clear it—even if you didn’t create it.
  • Clean Spills Immediately: Water, oil, or even dry powder on a smooth floor can be treacherous. Mark the area with a “Wet Floor” sign immediately and clean it up right away.
  • Focus on the Path: Avoid “distracted walking.” Keep your eyes on your path rather than your phone, and always use handrails when climbing or descending stairs.

Safety is a collective responsibility. By staying alert and keeping our workspace organized, we ensure that everyone goes home healthy at the end of the day.

Stay mindful, stay upright, and stay safe!

Ronald McDonald House

We will be collecting pop tabs in Team Experience and at all the bars across the resort!

Across the NJ area, hundreds of individuals, schools and companies are working together to collect pop tabs to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Those pop tabs are then recycled by the charity’s recycling partner, United Scrap Metal, and the charity will then receive the market value of the recycled metal, plus a charitable match from United Scrap Metal.  We invite you to join us in supporting families at Ronald McDonald House today.

Habitat For Humanity – Sussex County

Volunteers are central to the mission of Habitat for Humanity. What began as a grass roots effort has become a venture dedicated to building simple, decent and affordable housing in partnership with families that lack adequate shelter. We need funding to operate, but we would not move forward without volunteers!

Foodshed Alliance – Sussex County

A foodshed is the geographic location that produces the food for a particular population. The term describes a region where food flows from the area that it is produced to the place where it is consumed, including the land it grows on, the route it travels, the markets it passes through, and the tables it ends up on.

The Foodshed Alliance works to strengthen the northern New Jersey “foodshed,” working particularly in Sussex, Warren, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Essex and Hudson counties
