Dirt under your tires. Wind in your face. Season’s calling — are you ready? Join us for a weekend of skill-building clinics designed to take your downhill riding to the next level. Saturday, May 30th is all about locking in the fundamentals, and Sunday, May 31st is where things get rowdy — wheel lifts, drops, and jumps await!
Saturday, 5/30 — Build Your Base
Focus on Fundamentals | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Every shredder starts somewhere! If you’re new to downhill mountain biking, this is your session. We’ll get you dialed in on downhill body positions, braking techniques, pumping for flow, and everything you need to start charging the mountain with a huge smile on your face.
Focus on Turns and Berms | 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM Corner like you own the trail! Mastering turns is a total game-changer, and this session is all about it. We’ll tackle flat corners, berms, and small wall rides until you’re carving through them like a pro. Get ready to rail!
Sunday, 5/31 — Level Up
Focus on Wheel Lifts and Drops | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Time to get those wheels in the air! We’ll unlock the secrets to confidently hitting drops, exploring different techniques to get off the ground and stomp your landings with style.
Focus on Technical Trail Riding | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Rocks? Steeps? Bring it on. This session will give you the skills and confidence to take on gnarly technical terrain — from line selection to body position, you’ll be flowing through the tech like a boss.
Focus on Jumps | 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM Ready to fly? Let’s make it happen — safely! We’ll break down the body positions and skills you need to send jumps of all shapes and sizes. We kick things off together before splitting into skill-based groups, so everyone progresses at the right pace.
Trail Boss Academy
We’ve partnered with local pro rider Jeff Lenosky to bring his Trail Boss Academy to Mountain Creek Bike Park for a variety of Clinic options. These clinic will provide a great foundation for riders looking to gain confidence and improve their riding skills utilizing Trail Boss Academy Standards.
With both Intermediate & Advanced options available for both 1-day & 2-day packages, you can explore the options and pick the academy product that’s right for you. The Student to Coach Ratio is 6 to 1.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the sport with a degree in Movement and Sport Studies. He’s also a 3X National Champion in the Pro class, and World Record Holder with a popular Youtube Channel called Trail Boss.
