Do Mountain Creek Resort Gift Cards have an expiration date?

No, our Mountain Creek Gift Cards do not expire, so you can use them at any time. The value will remain valid until fully redeemed.

 

Can I check the balance of my Mountain Creek Gift Card?
Yes! You can check the balance of your gift card:

Where can I purchase a Mountain Creek Gift Card?

 

Mountain Creek Gift Cards are only available online. 

You can purchase a physical card online and pick up when are on-site or an e-gift card, which can be delivered directly to you or to the recipient via email. 

 

Where do I pick-up my physical Gift Card?

If you opt into getting a physical Gift Card, you can pick up at either Monkey Trails at the Red Tail Lodge or The Showroom at the South Lodge. 

 

Can I redeem my Mountain Creek Gift Card online?

Yes! You can use your gift card to make online reservations for lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. 

 

What happens if my Mountain Creek Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If your gift card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to our Guest Experience team or via email at info@mountaincreek.com. We will assist you in freezing the card to prevent unauthorized use and, in some cases, may issue a replacement card after verifying your purchase. Please note that replacement cards may be subject to a fee.

 

Are there any fees associated with Mountain Creek Gift Cards?

Upon purchase, you will be subject to a Fee and any purchases made using the Gift Card will be subject to any applicable fees. 

 

How do I purchase an e-gift card?

E-gift cards can be purchased online. Once purchased, the e-gift card will be emailed directly to the recipient (or yourself) with a unique code that can be used immediately for purchases.
