The SNOW Pass Guarantee is designed to help give you some peace of mind. With our SNOW Pass Guarantee you can rest assured knowing your Season Pass purchase is protected. If you can’t use your pass this season for any of the reasons below, we will credit you back the full amount of our Spring Pass purchase price to apply towards the following year’s pass purchase.
Receive full credit on your pass if you can only use if 4 times or less for any of the following reasons.

Early Morning Uphill Access
Introducing.. Our NEW Uphill Policy for Season Passholders only. Uphill traffic via snowshoeing, skis & splitboard will only be allowed Monday-Friday between sunrise-9am and Saturday-Sunday between sunrise-8am.

15% off on all food and beverage purchases* throughout the Winter 2023/2024 season at all Mountain Creek on-property restaurants and dining facilities. *Excluding alcohol, Red Bull, and pre-packaged products.

Need to go inside? No worries – we’ll watch your equipment for you while you take a break. Located inside the Red Tail Lodge Repair Shop and inside of the South Lodge at the Repair Shop.

Experience family fun at Snowtubing every Thursday & Friday night. Just visit a Team Member in a Green Jacket near the Snowtubing Picnic Table Area. Subject to availability. Free snowtubing will be every Thursday & Friday night except holidays/holiday weeks.

How and when can I purchase my 2023/2024 season pass?
Passes are available now online.
I purchased my season pass in the spring of 2023? What should I do?
All Spring Pass Holders will be issued a new pass on their first visit for this upcoming winter.
How do I upload my photo and waiver?
When purchasing your Pass, you will not be able to bypass the Waiver and Photo upload. So have a photo ready and get ready to electronically sign your waiver.
After I purchase my pass, what do I need to do?
Passes will be available for pickup on the first day of the season. Have your confirmation email ready when you arrive at the resort.
Is there a season pass for children 6 years old and under?
Yes, there is. Children under the age of 7 also receive a free season pass with the purchase of an adult season pass. Passes can be obtained online during the check-out process for the adult Season Pass. Proof of age will be required at the time of pass pick up.
What benefits are included with my season pass?
There are quite a few exclusive benefits for Season Pass holders ONLY! You can see a list of our season pass benefits above. Please note your season pass does not include any parking privileges.
When does my season pass expire?
2023-24 Season Passes expire on the closing day of the 2023-24 winter season.
Can other people use my season pass?
Season passes are non-transferable under any circumstances. Sorry, no exceptions.
Can my season pass be revoked?
Yes. Your season pass is the property of Mountain Creek. If any Mountain Creek staff determines that a pass holder exhibits improper, endangering, or illegal behavior, the pass and all privileges and benefits associated with the pass will be revoked for a specific period of time up to and including the remainder of the season, dependent upon the nature of the offense at the discretion of the resort staff.
